Goals

The English as a Second Language Institute is committed to quality teaching and intellectual achievement. As a result our goals are:

To encourage English learning in all skills – reading, writing, listening, and speaking;
To encourage cross-cultural understanding;
To attract and retain a highly qualified faculty and stuff;
To attract and retain a diverse international student body; and
To maintain efficient student services including orientation to the U.S.A., to Jackson, MS, and to Jackson State University.
